This session will examine the impact of technology on the ethical responsibilities of Alaska CPAs. Information technology is changing how fraud is committed, how it is discovered and how it is prevented.
In this session Mr. Wright will review traditional requirements for confidentiality and responsible professional behavior. He will suggest how the modern accountant can use technology to avoid fraud and otherwise prove that he or she performed ethically under Alaska's standards.
