This is a regulatory ethics workshop with a focus on HB147. We will cover the Uniform Accountancy Act, the Uniform Accountancy Act Model Rules, the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, Alaska Public Accountancy Statutes and Regulations and HB147.

- Understand how Alaskas statutes and regulations differ from the Uniform Accountancy Act
- Understand the process involved in creating statutes and how to participate
- Understand the process involved in creating regulations and how to participate
