Job Description
The CFO serves as the financial administrator for the entire agency and is responsible for oversight of all financial systems used by the three major operating divisions of CCS. The position reports to the Executive Director and serves as a member of the senior management team.

CCS is seeking a professional with excellent financial, business, accounting and managerial skills including experience with non-profit financial management, grant and financial compliance, and healthcare billing and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business as well as at least five years of supervisory experience is required; a CPA and/or MBA are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full time, Exempt position. The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 and will be based on experience and credentials. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance, a 403(b) Thrift Savings Plan, paid time off and 12 paid holidays annually.
