Job Description

General Manager needed for two local growing businesses. The businesses operate in and around the real estate industry. We are looking for a high energy manager with the operative skills to come and help with the growth of our businesses.

This position includes:
- Hiring and firing of employees
- Day-to-day employee management
- Supervision to ensure employees are meeting their goals
- Learning general knowledge of industry and business specifics
- Planning and strategy of the businesses


Must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in management
- Customer service skills
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office and internet skills
- Must be detail oriented
- College degree in ACCOUNTING or equivalent experience is required
