Marty has been the Municipal Assessor for the past 12 years. He has been a real estate professional in the Anchorage area for the past 30 years and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from UAA. Jerry has been the deputy assessor for the past 10 years and Janet has been with the business personal property section just as long.
