Compliance Analyst I & IIAnchorage, AK

Our client: A growing Native Corporation with multiple projects.
Compliance Analyst I - Would you like to:
Assist with supporting DCAA audits of Incurred Cost Submissions, Provisional Billing Rates, and Quarterly Vouchers Reviews, among others.
Assist in organizing and formulating responses to complex DCAA requests for information.
Assist in the preparation of the incurred cost submissions.
Support internal compliance initiatives and monitoring activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Compliance Analyst II – Would you like to:
Lead and manage the process of preparation of the incurred cost submissions, including establishing of timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring meeting of deadlines.
Maintain an internal control matrix, suggest process changes and improvements, and assist with developing compliance monitoring.
Prepare provisional rate requests.
Review and reconcile cost pools in Costpoint.
Support DCAA audits of Incurred Cost Submissions, Provisional Billing Rates, and Quarterly Vouchers Reviews, among others, by acting as a liaison between the auditors and Calista.
Assist in contract closeouts.
Support staff in all departments by answering or funneling compliance-related questions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideally you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business-related field, and minimum two years of relevant work experience, required.
Experience working for a Defense/Aerospace company preferred.
Public accounting and/or internal audit experience preferred.
Federal Government contract accounting experience
Experience working for a large company or other Native Corporation preferred.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, business partners and clients, both verbally and in writing
Typing 45 wpm and 10-key by touch
Ability to work in a Native Corporation multi business environment
Ability to pass drug, background and credit check
Compliance Analyst II:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business-related field, and minimum four years of relevant work experience required.
CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
