The Position and Leadership Opportunity
Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) seeks a strategic and visionary finance professional to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is a critical partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and oversees all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the board of directors and the finance, investment, and audit committee of the board. With assets in excess of $330M and ongoing funding for a variety of programs and initiatives throughout Mat-Su communities, MSHF requires a CFO with excellent leadership qualities and demonstrated skills in the areas of investments, financial management, and budgetary oversight.

Application Process
The target salary range is $177,000 to $216,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
