Fostering healthy communication within teams supports individuals, organizations and our communities at large. Strong teams create strong outcomes. Join us as we learn strategies that support healthy dialogue and meaningful connection at work. We'll also dive into ways to deal with the inevitable conflict and tension that can sometimes arise at work. Come learn ways to identify, navigate and address tense work situations, as we explore effective ways to support ourselves and our colleagues at work.
