We are excited to announce that the Spring 2016 Social will be held on Friday, April 22nd, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites! Please note that we have made important changes to how admission will be handled.
 
Due to the high attendance at the Spring 2015 Social, we need to limit the number of attendees to 150 people (the maximum capacity of the Embassy Suites ballroom) for the Spring 2016 Social. In order to do this, we have created admission tickets. Please see below for important information regarding the tickets:

• Each ticket will admit one person.
• Ticket stub is required for admission. Admission begins at 6:00 p.m.
• Your ticket will be forfeit at 6:30 to allow others admission to the event. If you will be arriving late, please e-mail Bryce Manasan at bmanasan@alaska.edu. Include in the subject line: ticket number, full name, and "late arrival."
• The above information is printed on the front and back of the ticket for your convenience.
• Your name badge will be based on what is written on the "Name" line. Please write legibly and use the name that you would like printed on your name badge.

If you would like to purchase tickets, please e-mail Bryce Manasan at bmanasan@alaska.edu. Include in the e-mail: (1) your firm name and (2) the number of tickets you would like to purchase. We will deliver the tickets to your office, have you fill them out, and we will pick up the completed portion of the tickets when they are ready.
